When developing our Viking character we discussed adding a 'gentle-giant' quality as we felt that this would add opportunities for humour. The first influence map shows existing characters who have this quality. As part of our animation we want to include a dragon and a Viking ship, the second map shows my visual research into this, including the carta marina medieval map.
